I made a mistake on my order ... can I change it?

If this happens to you, just contact us through live chat or the contact form as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. Many of our products are made to order so we start as quickly as we can after you order and it ships out as soon as it's finished.

If your order has already been shipped, wait for it to arrive and send it back to us with a note on the correct product needed. 

Once we receive it, we'll send back the right item you needed.
